We are going to spend the next several weeks focusing on best practices for managing an SEO campaign for a new client.  Let’s begin with a brief overview of our approach:

We begin by analyzing your website, your competitors, and the industry as a whole.   We recommend preferred key words and provide information for you to update your website and website infrastructure (metadata).  We find opportunities to increase your online referrals through affiliates, partners, directory listings, etc.  We then provide baseline metrics, such as search engine rankings, inbound links, click-through rates, “conversions”, etc.  As ongoing support we provide monthly reports to you and hold conference calls to discuss your metrics and opportunities.
