Toto — We’re Not In Kansas Anymore

I recently dined at a nouveau Japanese restaurant called Morimoto.  The food was fantastic, and the piece de resistance was the Toto.  (In case you don’t know, a Toto is a brand of toilet that has a design which doesn’t require its bearer to use toilet paper.)  It may be funky, but it works and is a good example of how we can positively impact our environment. 

 These green decisions are also being made in the world of marketing, where offset printing is being replaced by digital, and general printing is being replaced by light electronic files.  Printing still happens, just in a more selective way, usually with projects that tend to need fewer copies of higher quality material for maximum visual impact.
